Hashgacha – Rabbinical supervision

Our Hand Matzohs are under the rabbinical supervision of:

 

  • Rabbi Shmuel Meir Katz, a prominent authority and orthodox rabbi in Lakewood NJ.
  • Rabbi Mordechai B. Klein, Chief Rabbi and Leader of the Satmar community in New Jersey.
  • The Machine Matzohs are under the supervision of Rabbi Shmuel Meir Katz, and additionally under the supervision of the Kof-K kosher supervising agency.
